Payment:

Paypal is the merchant we use to conduct credit/debit transations. It is the most dependable and reliable credit card processing method. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to make a purchase.

Gift Certificate:

You can purchase e-certificates directly on the website. Once payment is received an actual gift certificate will be sent to the recipeint free of charge to you.

Please make sure of the following:

~Name, Address, City, State and Zip of the recipient are correct.

~Please include your name, email and phone number just in case there is some difficulty with the mailing information of the recipient. This will all be included on the PayPal check out.

Shipping:

~Once payment is received items will be shipped via United States Post Office (USPS) Flat Rate Priority Mail.

Rate charges are as follows:

$.01-$19.99...$5.20

$20.00-$49.99....$10.95

$50.00+.....$14.95

~Due to the nature of the items, merchandise will be shipped Monday - Thursday.

~You will always receive notification with delivery confirmation information when your merchandise is packaged for shipment.

NYS Sales Tax:

~As of August 2009 the NYS Sales tax is now 8.875%

~Tax is not charged for all other states

Refunds/Exchanges:

Our products are 100% guaranteed. Due to the nature of bath and body products, I can not accept items that have been opened. However I am always a phone call or email away so please communicate with me so we can resolve the issue. I will refund you accordingly for the price of the item but not for shipping and handling.

Wholesale Accounts:
Naturally Good Soaps welcomes new wholesale accounts. Please use the WHOLESALE form to communicate your interest to us.

Special Requests:

I welcome custom orders for baby showers, weddings, birthdays etc.. If you are also interested in seeing if I can create a product to meet your needs please use the CONTACT US form and communicate with me what you are interested in. There is a 2-3 month lead time (for soaps only). Once we have communicated and a product is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required. Once products are ready for shipment, then the balance must be paid in full.
